2004 Parade of Homes Information
Hundreds of new ideas in home decorating and furnishings and the latest in building technology and security were part of the SunTrust Parade of Homes, held in September, 2004 at Hampton Reserve. Six building and design teams prepared fully furnished, gorgeous homes with hundreds of creative and innovative home ideas. The homes, up to 9,000 square feet, ranged in price from $1.1 to $1.8 million and featured English Tudor, Mediterranean and beautiful European influenced homes.
The 16-day event was packed with the latest and most clever ideas in home building and design, including unique luxury rooms like a Spa Suite, Outdoor Living Rooms; Rock Climbing Room, Wine Rooms, Cigar Bar, and a Golf Course; a chromatherapy tub; fiber optic evening star effect Media Room dome; grass and cobblestone style driveway; and a Feng Shui designed home. A portion of the proceeds from the event benefitted Special Olympics Tennessee.
